Maureen Short

Maureen Short, 63, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026 in Bound Brook, with her loving family at her side. Maureen was born in Somerville, NJ to Thomas and Rosanne Short. She was raised in Bound Brook where she lived until moving to Somerville in 2001. She graduated in 1981 from Bound Brook High School. Maureen worked in Customer Service for BeCu Manufacturing in Scotch Plains.

She is predeceased by her father, Thomas Short.

Maureen is survived by her mother, Rosanne Short, her sister, Nancy Thompson, and nephew, Glenn Thompson.

There will be a visitation on Saturday, February 14, 2026 from 10AM – 12PM with a Memorial Service at 11:30 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 E. Main St., Bridgewater, NJ 08807.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Maureen to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
